Organize points and control exactly what visitors see.
Groups are named categories for your points, Walkways, Campsites, Buildings, whatever fits the property. A point’s group can set shared behavior in one place, including the default tag icon for every point in it.
A destination is a point visitors care about reaching. In the tour it shows its icon with the point’s name beneath it, no circle, just the icon and name floating at the spot. Destinations also appear in the Navigate menu so visitors can be walked to them like a maps app.
Points that exist just for walking, path points, corridors, in-between stops, are invisible in the tour. Visitors move using the round disc navigator that follows the mouse, exactly like Street View. In the editor these travel points show as a small ring so you can still select and edit them, and their icon cannot be changed, that is deliberate: the disc experience is the product.
You can upload your own SVG icons and use them anywhere an icon can be chosen, point tags and info tags alike. Uploaded icons join the built-in set in every icon picker and are stored with the tour, so they travel with it.
