StrollPoint Terms of Service

Service Provision

StrollPoint provides an interactive property guide, an integrated website, the Front Desk management system, and comprehensive API access. Your specific service capabilities and inclusions are defined by your selected subscription plan at the time of purchase.

Content Ownership & Data Portability

All original assets (including photography, copy, location data, event details, and branding) remain entirely your property. You grant StrollPoint a limited license solely to host and display this content on your behalf. You retain full control of your property data and can export a complete copy at any time via the Front Desk dashboard or the public API, without requiring platform intervention or permission.

Billing & Renewals

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe’s dedicated checkout environment. StrollPoint does not store or process sensitive credit card information on its servers. Subscriptions automatically renew for their original term length unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Cancellation & Offboarding

You may cancel your subscription at any time; service will remain active through the end of your current paid billing cycle. Upon termination, we offer a 30-day data retention window upon request, ensuring your team has ample time to export all property records before the account is permanently closed.

Acceptable Use

As a StrollPoint partner, you agree to:

• Publish only content that you hold the legal right to distribute.
• Provide accurate property representations and maintain strict transparency regarding any visitor data you collect through custom forms.
• Maintain the security of your platform by safeguarding management access credentials.
• Refrain from attempting to access unauthorized property data, reverse-engineering platform infrastructure, or intentionally overloading the service.

Service Commitment

StrollPoint is committed to maintaining a robust, reliable platform and providing transparent communication regarding system performance. While we engineer our infrastructure for high availability, these terms do not constitute a strict service level agreement (SLA) guaranteeing uninterrupted, flawless uptime.

Content Accuracy Limitation

StrollPoint provides the software infrastructure; however, property owners and individual businesses are entirely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. StrollPoint is not liable for outdated operating hours, pricing, event details, or promotional offers displayed on the digital guide.

Liability & Resolution

If our service falls short, please contact our team so we can correct the issue or provide a prorated refund for the affected period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of either party under these terms is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal proceedings or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Shiawassee County, Michigan.

Policy Updates & Contact
