Here is what it costs to guide every visitor to the right door.
Every StrollPoint plan is the whole product, so the price comes down to how many properties you run and who walks them with the camera. Here are our prices, what a property needs besides a plan, and an honest way to choose between building the tour yourself and having us build it.
Four plans, priced by how many tours you run
Prices are monthly, and every tier includes the editor, real routing, QR codes and live publishing. What changes is mostly how many tours you can run at once. A tour is one property with its own link.
Every paid plan lifts the twenty-point limit and lets one tour cover more than one building.
- Free, $0: one tour of up to twenty photo points, for a pilot or one small venue you want to see working first.
- Operator, $49 a month: three tours, for a downtown main street, a growing campus, or a property with a few separate facilities.
- Studio, $149 a month: twelve tours, for a university with several campuses, a regional health system, or a parks department with many sites.
- Agency, $399 a month: forty tours, for a large property portfolio, a group of resorts, or a media agency building tours for clients.
StrollPoint Direct puts the whole job in our hands
Direct is for teams that would rather never touch a camera. We shoot the property, build the tour and keep it current. You get one link to share, QR codes ready to print for your signs, and priority support.
Direct is priced by quote, because a campground loop and a downtown block are very different walks. For a quote, reach Dustin Mishler, our VP of Business Development, at [email protected] or 989-998-2469.
What your property needs besides a plan
If your own team builds the tour, plan for two things beyond the monthly price, plus two optional extras.
- A 360 camera. Any camera that saves standard 360 photos works, and there is no StrollPoint camera or rental. A camera that records where each photo was taken puts every photo on the map for you, which is what we recommend for a campground, a campus or a resort. Add a monopole, two charged batteries and an empty memory card.
- Staff time. Someone marks every spot that needs a photo, walks the property with the camera on a pole, then spends time at a computer drawing the paths visitors are allowed to walk. After launch, someone keeps hours, events and places current in the Front Desk.
- Kiosk screens, optional. Any wall-mounted display in a lobby or visitor center can run the tour. It returns to its opening view two minutes after the last person walks away, and it carries a code so a visitor can take the tour along on their own phone. You supply the screen.
- Printed maps and signs, optional. Print Map in the Front Desk makes a one-page map with the places you choose marked by number, and a QR code for each one. QR codes for signs, table tents and window stickers come with every plan, so printing is the only cost.
How to choose between building it yourself and Direct
The choice comes down to your team's time more than the plan price.
If you are still deciding, start on Free and build one small tour. One walk will tell your team whether to keep the camera or hand the job to us.
- Your people. Nobody needs a photography background or mapping experience, and the Academy's course teaches the whole job in the order a real tour gets built. If someone on staff can walk the property and give an afternoon to drawing paths, building it yourself keeps the cost to your plan and your camera.
- Your camera. A team with a 360 camera already on the shelf can plan its first walk today.
- Your property. A large property means a longer walk, and one that changes every season needs someone keeping up with it. Direct takes care of both.
- Your count. The number of properties you run picks your plan.
Walk a live tour before you spend anything
Pick a destination in one of our live demo tours and follow the directions on your phone. Then start on Free with your own property, or ask Dustin for a Direct quote.
Common questions
What counts as one tour?
A tour is one property with its own link and its own QR codes. On any paid plan it can cover more than one building and its floors. Archive a tour you are finished with to free its slot; everything inside is kept and comes back whole with Restore.
Can we start on Free and move up later?
Yes. Upgrading takes a minute and your tours stay exactly as they are. Moving up also lifts the Free plan's twenty-point limit.
What happens to our tour if we cancel?
You can cancel or downgrade any time. Your photos and tour data are always yours, and we keep an exact restore of everything for 90 days after you cancel.
Do we have to buy a camera from StrollPoint?
There is no StrollPoint camera and no rental. Any 360 camera that saves standard 360 photos works, so the one your team already owns may be all you need.
How much work is it to keep the tour current?
Edit the tour once and the change is live for everyone right away, with nothing to reprint. Hours, events and places live in the Front Desk, where a tour is run once it is built, apart from the photos and paths in the editor. With Direct, we keep it current for you.
