Somebody added here gets this tour's Front Desk and nothing else. They cannot open the editor, cannot see your other tours, and cannot publish.
Type their email and press Invite. Then Email them the link, which opens your own email with the invitation already written.
They sign in with that same email address and this Front Desk opens for them. There is no password to share and nothing for you to set up on their machine.
The address that photo requests go to. It is who Send the photo list reaches on the Scouting screen, and who a request for new photographs lands with.
