Every visit to this tour, counted.
Two jobs. Showing a board or a sponsor what the tour did, and finding out what people actually looked at so you can do more of it.
Nothing here identifies anybody. There are no names, no accounts and no way to follow one person around.
They are always different and the difference matters. People is the honest number for a board. Visits is the honest number for a sponsor. Opens is the biggest and the least meaningful, so do not lead with it.
The dates along the top cover every number on the page, so you never have to wonder what period a figure is from.
Compare with puts last period, last year or another event beside every number. A number on its own says nothing; the same number beside last year says everything.
Pick an event narrows the whole page to one event, which is how you answer what the art walk actually did.
The map is the most useful thing on this screen. A bigger circle was opened more often.
Teal means it was opened by somebody standing there, rather than by somebody browsing from a sofa. That is the difference between a tour people look at and a tour people walk.
The places nobody opened are as useful as the places everybody did. They are usually the ones with a bad photograph or no card.
Download CSV on any table takes that table into a spreadsheet for your own working.
Export full report makes one printable report of the whole period, which is what goes in a board pack.
Sends the numbers to whoever needs them: the morning after an event, or on the first of the month.
This is how a board chair or a sponsor gets their number without you remembering to send it, and without them ever signing in.
One control at the top sets the period for every number on the page, so two figures on this screen are never from different windows.
Custom takes any two dates, which is how you report on an event that did not fall neatly inside a month.
